HTC Health Care has an Administrative location in Pleasantville, New York, in Mount Pleasant, Westchester County, and a Field Office in the Bronx. We provide services in Westchester County and the five boroughs of NYC. In addition, we provide targeted services in Northern Westchester County, the Bronx, Manhattan, and Queens.

Housing Assistance
Due to the rising homelessness, we also assist clients in securing safe, and secure housing by working with various housing agencies, homeless shelters, etc. For our Veterans, we work with the Veteran Affairs to ensure that housing is made available.
